Start a project

Tell us what the business needs to do next.

Tell us what is not working today or what you want to build next. We will help define the first useful step.

Project brief

Share enough context to begin well.

Send the essentials securely. We use this context only to understand the project and respond to your inquiry.

Your inquiry is sent to PRCONNECT for project review and follow-up. See the Privacy Notice for details.

Prepare a useful first brief

Context helps us recommend the right first step.

You do not need a formal specification. These four details are enough for a useful first conversation.

01

The outcome

Tell us what should become easier, faster or safer. A concrete problem is more useful than a list of features.

02

The people

Who will use the result, and who will own it after launch? Mention the main market and language too.

03

What already exists

Share the current website, software, spreadsheet or IT setup. We keep what works and identify what really needs to change.

04

Constraints and timing

A budget range, deadline or approval requirement helps us recommend a realistic first step. Rough information is fine.

Before you send

Common questions about starting a project.

Do we need a complete specification before contacting PRCONNECT?

No. A clear problem and enough context for a first conversation are sufficient. Discovery can turn that into a product map, technical assessment or phased scope. If the request is already well specified, PRCONNECT can review the assumptions and identify what still needs validation before delivery.

Can PRCONNECT work with our current website, IT provider or internal team?

Yes. The project can be scoped around existing ownership and systems. The first review identifies responsibilities, access, integrations and hand-offs so the work complements useful relationships instead of replacing them without a business reason.

Which markets and project types can we discuss?

PRCONNECT is based in Prishtina and works on digital products, AI systems and business IT infrastructure for organisations in Kosovo, Albania, the Balkans and international markets. A first conversation determines whether the request fits the team, requires a specialist partner or should begin with a smaller assessment.
