How to read the portfolio

What each case study shows.

We state what we worked on, what stage it reached and what cannot be shown publicly.

01

Start with the business constraint

Each case starts with the problem we were asked to solve, then shows the choices made in content, workflow and interface.

02

Read the delivery status literally

Live product, private beta, release build and concept mean different things here. Every project is labelled with its actual stage.

03

Separate capability from measured outcome

We show what was built and avoid claiming revenue, conversion or adoption figures that a client has not approved for publication.

One connected technology partner

A product often depends on work behind the screen.

A website may need a CRM hand-off. An app may need a secure admin area. We include those dependencies when the project needs them.

01

Digital products

Websites and mobile apps, from public releases to focused prototypes. Each case states what is live and what is not.

02

AI systems

Internal tools that support research, planning and routine work while keeping important actions behind permissions and approval.

03

Business infrastructure

The cloud, networks, security and backups behind the product. This work is less visible, but it decides whether the service stays available.

The first release covers the smallest complete journey. Extra features wait until the main path works and the team has reviewed it.

A proposal is based on your users, current systems, content, deadline and approval process. Similar-looking products can require very different work.

We test responsive behaviour, accessibility, failure states, permissions, analytics and handover according to the product.

Private projects only show information the owner has approved. Credentials, customer data and confidential architecture never belong in a public case study.
