Contact us about your information

Information we receive

When you send a project inquiry, the form asks for:

  • Your name
  • Business or company name
  • Work email address
  • Phone number, if you choose to provide it
  • The project type you select
  • The message and project context you write
  • Confirmation that you checked the consent box

The inquiry may also include basic context sent by your browser, such as the page address, referring page, campaign parameters in the link, browser language and time zone. This helps us understand where the inquiry came from and respond in context. Like most websites, our hosting and security systems may also create technical logs such as an IP address, request time, browser information and error records.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, medical information or other highly sensitive information in the message field.

How we use the information

We use the information to receive and review your inquiry, understand the requested outcome, contact you, prepare a relevant next step and keep an internal record of the conversation.

We may also use limited technical information to operate, protect and improve the website, diagnose delivery problems, prevent misuse and understand whether a public campaign led to an inquiry.

Submitting the form does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. If we later invite you to receive optional updates, that choice should be presented separately.

Where it is stored and who can access it

A submitted inquiry is delivered to PRCONNECT's business systems, where it can become a contact or lead record used to manage the response. Access is intended for PRCONNECT team members who need the information to review, respond to or support the inquiry.

The information is not published on the website. We do not use a project inquiry to give the public access to your message.

Service providers

PRCONNECT relies on providers that help operate the website and business systems, such as hosting, infrastructure, email, security, backup and operational software services. They may process information only to the extent needed to provide those services or protect their systems.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect people or systems, address misuse, establish or defend a claim, complete a business transaction, or respond to a valid requirement from an authorised body. We do not name providers here because the service configuration may change.

Security and retention

A practical security commitment

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information. No website, network, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We keep inquiry information only while it is reasonably useful for responding, evaluating or maintaining the potential business relationship, protecting the service, keeping necessary business records, or resolving a concern. When it is no longer needed, it should be deleted or de-identified through normal operational processes. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask what information we hold about your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop a follow-up that you no longer want.

Some requests may be limited when information is still needed for security, record integrity, an unresolved transaction or another valid operational obligation. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it.

Cookies, local storage and installable web features

The public website may use essential browser features such as local storage, cached files and a service worker to remember device-level preferences, improve loading and support installable Progressive Web App features. These features can leave data on your device until your browser removes it or you clear the site's stored data.

External links and embedded third-party services, if present, may apply their own cookies or storage under their own notices. If PRCONNECT introduces non-essential analytics or advertising technologies that require an additional choice, the website should present that choice separately.

International access

The website is available internationally. Depending on where you connect from and how our providers operate their networks, information may be accessed, routed or processed in more than one country. Privacy and access rules can differ between locations.

Children

The website and project inquiry form are intended for business users and are not designed for children. We do not knowingly invite children to submit personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information can contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, remove it.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice when the website, form or operating practices change. The date at the top shows when this version was last updated. Material updates should be reflected on this page before or when they take effect.
