Simple terms for using the PRCONNECT website.

The website introduces PRCONNECT, its services, selected work, products and ideas. Its content is general information for business discovery and does not by itself provide technical, security, legal, financial or other professional advice for a specific situation.

A binding project or service relationship begins only when the relevant parties accept a separate written proposal, order, statement of work or agreement that identifies the scope and commercial terms. If that document conflicts with these website terms, the signed or otherwise accepted project document governs that project.

Please do not send confidential material until both sides understand how it should be handled. A normal inquiry is not automatically treated as a confidential disclosure.

The PRCONNECT name, visual identity, website design, original copy, graphics, software demonstrations and other original site materials belong to PRCONNECT or are used with permission.

You may view the website, share a normal link and use reasonable excerpts for internal evaluation of PRCONNECT's services. You may not copy, repackage, sell, remove ownership notices from, or present substantial website material as your own without permission.

Names, logos, screenshots and materials relating to clients, collaborators, products or third parties remain subject to their respective owners' rights.

Portfolio entries may describe delivered client work, a collaborative delivery, a PRCONNECT product, an internal platform, a prototype or a design concept. The label and description on each project page are intended to explain that context. A portfolio appearance does not transfer a client's or collaborator's rights to PRCONNECT.

Live project links are provided so visitors can see a product in context. A linked site can change after delivery and may be owned, hosted or operated by someone else. PRCONNECT does not control later changes, availability, content, privacy practices, purchases or security on an independently operated live site.

You must not use the website, contact form or related public endpoints to:

• Send malware, harmful code, spam or deceptive messages
• Overload, scrape or automate requests in a disruptive way

Access to them may be governed by account rules, a subscription, a client agreement or additional product terms. These public website terms do not grant an account or a right to use a private platform.

You remain responsible for decisions made from public website content and for protecting your own systems, accounts and data. For a material technical or business decision, request current project-specific information from PRCONNECT and verify any important assumption.

Where responsibility can reasonably be limited, PRCONNECT is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising only from access to, inability to access, or reliance on this public website or an independently operated third-party link. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
